**For safety and security reasons and for the health of our dancers, please note the following:

  • DO NOT COME TO CLASS IF YOU HAVE A FEVER OR ANY SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS.
  • Parents and other visitors are not allowed into the lobby.  Only dancers are allowed into the studio and they will be admitted by their instructor or office staff  before class.  Parents may wait for their dancer in their vehicle or return at the finish of class.  Please pick up your child promptly after class.
  • Dancers are encouraged to arrive completely dressed and ready to begin class with hair pulled back as well.
  • Students must remain in class until dismissed by the teacher.  If a student needs to leave early, she/he must inform the instructor prior to class and at the time of departure.
  • Students must remain in the building while waiting for a ride.
  • All cell phones in the building should be placed on silent or vibrate.
  • Drivers should use extreme caution in the parking lot.  Please do not block the drive but rather use parking spaces    instead!
  • No one is allowed to park in the lot of the Best Touch Salon (the pink building just to our left as you are facing the door of Dancers’ Workshop).  The owner of that building has told us that towing will be strictly enforced.
  • Bad Weather or other unscheduled closures follow LSU and the EBR Parish School system.
  • Please be on time for class.  Injuries result from lack of proper warmup.  Attendance of the complete class is necessary to progress with the class.
  • Enrolled students who miss classes are allowed to make them up at or below their level.  Make-ups must be within 30  days.
  • Parents are asked to make sure that younger students have gone to the restroom before the start of class.
  • Please note that teenagers may participate in adult-level classes at the discretion of the instructors and directors.
  • Outside trash, food, gum, and drinks are NOT permitted in the building.  Only water bottles with secure tops are allowed.
  • Attendance is taken during each class.  Students who are not attending regularly will be contacted by the office, and regular tuition will be charged unless approved by the directors.  It is the students’ responsibility to call the office to note any excessive absences.
